Complicated logistics for key pickup.

we had a perfect stay in venice just next door to restaurants, the river, shops and restaurants, and the next boat stop. the staff members were helpful. its location was convenient and spectacular, 1 mile from le cafe.

I absolutely loved the charming decoration of the hotel. The beautiful wooden furnishings added a touch of elegance and warmth to the place. It felt like stepping into a cozy retreat. The hotel's general areas were also very well-maintained and clean, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for senior people like myself. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility was excellent. There were no steep stairs or long walks, making it easy for me to move around and enjoy my stay without any difficulties.

I would have preferred if the children working there had been a bit more attentive and helpful. A little more assistance and responsiveness from the staff would have made my vacation even better as a senior person.

I always return to this place in Venice. The staff is helpful, even provided bug spray. It has Wi-Fi, cookware, AC, flat-screen TV, allows pets. Perfect for Easter.

My stay at San Simeon was absolutely incredible. The location was perfect, just a quick 5-minute walk to Marcus Place. Waking up to the stunning sea view from my apartment was a dream come true. I especially loved having a coffee shop right below the building and a boat stop conveniently located in front. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me and even upgraded my room to the San Giorgio, which had an amazing view. Despite some negative reviews about the check-in process and the spiral staircase, it had no impact on my experience. I would highly recommend San Simeon Apartments for a memorable stay in Venice.

The rooms at San Simeon Apartments were absolutely charming. Each one had its own unique decor that made us feel right at home. With the kitchenettes and espresso makers, we were able to start our mornings off with a delicious homemade breakfast. The private bathrooms with bidets were a luxurious touch that added to our overall comfort. Additionally, having a separate seating area and private entrance in the apartment was a great bonus. Oh, and the free WiFi was a lifesaver for our tech-savvy kids!

Personally, I found the soundproofing in the studio to be a tad lacking. But hey, that's just me.

Fancy furniture, elegant draperies, appreciated material used during renovation. Check-in at a different place. Central location, close to the Bridge of Sighs and Doge's Palace. Kitchen with fridge. Cleaning service for longer stays.

Such a hassle to go to the check-in point first and pay the city tax.
